Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website and services of Scott Cross' Mowing Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Service Agreements

When you schedule service with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and property information
• Ensure safe access to your property for our crew
• Notify us of any obstacles, hazards, or special requirements
• Provide payment for services rendered within the agreed timeframe

Service Scheduling

We schedule services based on weather conditions and crew availability. In cases of severe weather, we may need to reschedule your service. We will communicate any schedule changes as promptly as possible.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Recurring service customers receive monthly invoices.

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee.

Limitation of Liability

Scott Cross' Mowing Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

Property Damage

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Scott Cross' Mowing Services is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler heads, or other items not marked by the customer prior to service.
