Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing high-quality lawn care services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service was not performed as scheduled without prior notification
- Service quality was significantly below our standard
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our office within 48 hours of service. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services completed as requested and to our standard quality
- Services affected by weather conditions (rescheduling offered instead)
- Services where property access was not provided at the scheduled time
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about our service, we encourage you to contact us directly. We strive to resolve all issues amicably and fairly. Most concerns can be addressed through re-service or appropriate adjustments.
